We all are unique and have various goals that we strive for. If we boil down our pursuits to it’s elemental form, what’s left is achieving happiness, we all just want to be happy. The positive thing is that this is something in our control and may be simpler than we think.
In our first official episode of the podcast, Monica and I dive into what is most important to both ourselves and the ones who care about us most.
At times, in our day-to-day lives, we can sometimes feel discouraged, negative or left feeling unhappy with our current life situation.
We discuss the valuable tools and mindset that have helped each of us in our own lives. The main point emphasized in this episode; we are always in control.
