Fitting In

Listen Later

Having a sense of belonging is important and as back to school season is in full swing, Meagan and Lauren wanted to invite you to the lunch table to talk about this very thing. Hear them reminisce about ugly shoes, cartilage piercings, and other memories that made an impact on how they felt about fitting in. Meagan "Meaganizes" some brain science to help us understand why fitting in is so important to young people. Listen at the end for to-go tips you can use in the cafeteria of life to help you deal with fitting in.
