Crud drives a 1966 blue Corvette and is often forced into high speed chases, sometimes with his girlfriend Maura "Queenie" McGonigal, a local TV reporter.
    Who was Al Compton? Sam Crud is awakened by Woody to a gruesome murder at the Oceánico Beach marina. A potential client, Meagan Stoller, Al Compton’s sister, is requesting a client, according to Marty. Sam meets her and takes the case. Stoller disappears, and Sam’s friend Lucy is murdered, sending Sam and Queenie - with the help of their friends - on a wild investigation to find why Al Compton was murdered.
