An auction draft is a different type of beast than a snake draft. You have the opportunity to bid on any player you want, so you can construct your team a little differently than you would in a snake draft. Don't be afraid to spend some extra draft capital to get the players you think will help you win a league!

Sometimes if you have an early lead, you can start a player based on the other team's starters. For example, if you have a receiver who plays for your opponent's QB, you can start him instead of another player to earn points if he throws him a TD.
