No episode last week due to our monthly huddle meeting, the well needed kick up the arse..

So this week was meant to be the week that i speak with Lucas at practical life coaching but things do not always go to plan...

bit of a ramble this evening, an update on my backtesting, how my weeks gone so far and the coronavirus update .. 

started the week with a nice 10k run, slower then usual but it was dark and we.....mmmm excuses..58 minutes. 

This week i've massively fallen off track, after looking into the Coronavirus and the measures in place it has led me onto researching lots more into all that is going on..

so no episode last week, we was away on holiday, although i had planned to do an episode i simply didn't get around to it...

so this week i put out a post on my social media, the same monthly payments but for two different causes ...1 for car finance and the other into an investment...

so last week i experienced a bit of burn out, going hammer and tong week after week takes its toll on your body and sometimes just need a few days to relax, unwind and recharge,

also in the episode i speak about many other things, as always, off the cuff, just speaking about whatever comes to mind,

so there is things on car finance, setting up my vanguard account and my plan to run a halfhow quick this year is going.
