Keeping your cool and yourself fit in the holiday hustle and within the current events brings an extra level of challenge this year. It is with mixed emotions that I wish you all a Happy and Healthy Holiday season. This year we may find ourselves isolated and living a different style of holiday that we aren’t used to. With all the festivities and maybe lack thereof , we still navigate some of the challenges around these times; food and drink, impulse buys, temptations, which can seem like mission impossible. 

However, equipped with the right intentions, attention, techniques and tools, we can better navigate this season keeping our body, mind, spirit and stress in check.
