Being scared to talk to your family and friends about your mental health is okay, finding ways to open up to them can be hard. So, today I want to share with you five helpful tips that you can use to slowly start making those small steps to feeling more comfortable about opening up. Just remember to take things slow and at first they might not understand but the more you let them in the easier it will become for them, on the other hand for some their loved ones might never understand which is okay because there are so many different other resources you can use in your favor like talking to your doctor, a support group, or even a therapist. You are never alone in this fight!
