Richard and Jeff are the authors of It's Not Just About the Money but their new book, It's Not Just About the Donor explores the best practice blueprint for major gifts managers worldwide.

Jon Cornejo is a campaigner, organiser, and anti-racism specialist. They have led on campaign development and delivery at Amnesty International, Save the Children, and in the refugee sector. They’re also an organiser at Charity So White, a movement that is shifting the narrative on institutional racism in the charity sector. They are currently an anti-racism consultant at JMB Consulting, helping charities build anti-racist approaches into their organisations. They are from a refugee background, queer, and Latin American, and they bring all of these things into their change making work.
