In this episode, we dive into the power and pain of healing and the critical role it plays in us reaching our full potential. My word for the year has been “fruitful” and while being fruitful is rewarding, it also comes with increased weight. I share my journey of realizing that in order to carry even more abundance, I needed to “fix the holes” in my metaphorical baskets—acknowledging past traumas and fully committing to the recovery process. We’ll explore how the pain of recovery serves a deeper purpose and how to avoid resenting the process of healing and growth. We’ll also unpack the difference between “microwave success” and true abundance, as well as discuss the shift in perspective needed to see that digging up old wounds isn’t breaking you down, but putting you back together. Finally, we’ll explore how to avoid the comparison trap and fully embrace your becoming season and the next level fruitfulness you were destined for.
