Join us this week as we work through the difficulty of setting boundaries with people in our lives. Boundaries can be difficult to set and stand firm in, especially when it comes to family. At the end of the day we learn to see the differences between each person and to accept them for who they are. We also learn that our feelings are valid and it's ok to voice them, and not to sacrifice our comfort for others.
