Chuck Schuyler from Tehachapi Boy Scout of America Troop3 stops by to talk about the upcoming September 11 event at the Tehachapi Rodeo Event Center. The Boy Scouts, American Legion Post 221 and several other groups will be holding a Flag Day retirement ceremony and 9/11 Remembrance event open to the public. The groups have collected more than 1,500 flags that are in need of retirement. Chuck explains the Boy Scouts, local Veterans and First Responders will be on hand to work together to honor those that lost their lives on September 11, 2001 and to properly retire flags of the United States.
