John talks to JUDITH MITCHELL who was born very premature in Liverpool, grew up in Wirral and from an early-age, had to live with deafness. With little hearing, Judith has had to learn to lip-read and use hearing aids and attend special schools, and was involved with special Wirral clubs for the deaf. Despite her disabilities, she trained in Derby and Newcastle to become a fully-qualified Fashion Designer. Now back in Bebington, Judith has added Florist and Child Care to her qualifications. Judith tells of having to contend not only with disability, but also with loneliness, bullying and domestic abuse. She also talks of coming into Christian faith, as the result an unexpected 'vision' one day, out in Jordan,  where she was baptised ... and she now happily worships at a Wirral church with her young daughter.

Jonathan Sarfati ("Jono" to his friends) grew up and studied in New Zealand (national Chess champion). His family background is Jewish, and he came to know the Lord Jesus as Messiah while he was at university - a Ph.D. for research into spectroscopy. Blessed with an incisive intellect and considerable theological as well as scientific expertise, he became a formidable opponent of evolutionism, and is widely regarded as one of the world's top apologists for the Biblical (six-day) account of creation and the historical accuracy of the Genesis record. Now based in the USA, his books include the popular "Refuting Evolution" series, "Refuting Compromise" and "The Greatest Hoax on Earth" - a vigorous rebuttal of Richard Dawkins and the "new atheists". His latest publication "The Genesis Account" is an in-depth commentary on Genesis 1-11, and is a work of considerable scholarship, combining history, theology and science, and looks set to become a classic in its field. Jules is a vegan singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and worship leader who studied in Manchester and now heads up the Get Gospel choir (BBC Choir of Year entrant). In 2018, she released her debut album and now talks about all of these things, along with her Christian faith. In the lyrics of her new material, she addresses the weighty subject of mental health and unashamedly opens up to this issue in her own life.
