I'm struck today by how many good people there are in this world. It's a matter of what we focus on and effect us.

Your approach to the day can't be controlled by a saying on a coffee cup sleeve or a quote on Twitter. Those things may get you to think but if you are waiting for that to help you get through your day then you're not going to have an effective or impactful day.

The second part of a comment about you may be the most important. Will it be "But or And"?

You are a person of influence, but you have been influenced by someone along the way. Think about who has helped you along the way. I'd love to hear from you and your story.

Your people need you to believe and live this.
