In this episode Hemilly explains the initial business verification call merchants receive from FlashBanc after their agent has sent over their paperwork. Following the completion of an application, a Flashbanc representative will call the merchant requesting personal information such as SSN, DOB, banking information etc. FlashBanc agents should notify merchants to expect a call from a representative after submitting the paperwork.
