Exodus 32:15–35, the golden calf part two; Luke 6:39–49, Jesus finishes his sermon on the plane with a discussion of how to, and how not to, judge others.

Exodus 32:1-14, the people fashion an idol; in the back-and-forth between God and Moses about that; Luke 6:20–38, more preaching about the surprising nature of the kingdom.

Exodus 31:1–18, those called to construct the holy things of God; the importance of the sabbath day for all the people. Luke 6:1–19, Jesus, is Lord of the sabbath, and heals a man to prove it; great crowds of people come to Jesus in Galilee to hear him preach.

Exodus 24. What is a “covenant”, how are they ratified, and what shall we call this covenant? We’ll also look at Luke 5, Jesus calling his first disciples, Peter, James and John.

Today we take a brief look at part of the book of the covenant, which speak of the three annual festivals, and God’s promise to bring the people into the land of Canaan. We also look at Jesus early Galilean ministry from Luke, chapter 4.

A peek into the book of the covenant, Exodus, 22 and 23. Will also look at the first of Jesus sermon Ms as presented by Luke, from Luke chapter 4, beginning of verse 16, preached in his hometown of Nazareth.
