Flex With Lex

I know I have not been here in a minute but I figured I do something with my time and "show face" around here again. I appreciate everyone who supports me and always has with this pod since day one! I hope to make something out of this to be able to open up a gateway to make people comfortable expressing their opinions and emotions. Not a long episode at all just something to set the tone. Talk to you guys soon xoxo.

I just went ghost and dipped on out but I am back and excited to be. This episode low key all over the place but I hope y'all enjoy my wisdom with a dash of ADHD. The audio not even all that either but we gon be ight. Stay tuned for next weeks episode and follow my tiktok !!! @alexissssloreal

this episode was kind of deep and heavy but i wanted to let people know that they are not the only ones who go through things and that I can relate.

Todays episode is about how my spirituality and healing journey began and shaped me into the person I am today. I am so thankful for all the experiences mentioned in this episode and shout out to anyone who can relate. xoxo.

Today I introduce myself, my podcast and tell you why I decided to start one :)
