I love to hit the road and escape my thoughts. But recently my thoughts has been coming back to haunt me more aggressively after the trip, which pushes me to stay longer on the road. Maybe I should face my demons instead of avoiding them.

I’m the type of girl that likes to bottle up her feelings. But whenever I need to release it I usually journal and that actually helps me. Our mental health is important.
