Relate - Finding a common ground, ability to understand another.  Add willingness to be vulnerable and add empathy and compassion.  Therein lies a formula for great relationship!!

This is my recorded from my perspective!  It is interesting how different perspectives cause us to see the same thing in different ways!  I experienced this yet again in gaining insight to my family history.  But the biggest lesson was understanding how perception truly affects the life we are creating!  What perceptions do you hold?  Which ones serve who you are today?  Which ones do you need to revisit and reevaluate?  How do you take your life back and form your own perception that serves you in your life and where you see your life going?  Free will to create the life you want!!  Go for it! 

What is your family history?  Is it recorded?  Is there someone who remembers the most?  I think often of my Nana, my dad's mom, my grandmother, who lived to be 98!  How much history and memories she carried!  But I couldn't tap into it because she only spoke Italian and I didn't.  How I would love to be able to sit with her today and be the scribe who captures her stories of nearly a decade.  And don't neglect the fact that you are creating history right now!!  And it is noteworthy!  It might be the missing link someone needs to connect the dots!!

Woohoo!!  We are going on a picnic!  The memories I hold of being a youngster and going on family picnics every holiday are being rejuvenated!  The cool thing is we didn't wait for someone else to plan it.  We decided it was a go and we will pull it all together and make it happen!  What would you like to rejuvenate!?!  Do it and do it now!  You are the adult and you are empowered to create the experience!  Go for it!

Besides basketball, I loved being on Stage Crew for my high school plays!  These plays, the rehearsals, and every element that we created to make those plays successful - the highlight of my high school days!  And it makes me realize that everyday is creating a play, creating the script, the backdrop, the lighting, the music, the characters and the actors!!  What are you creating everyday!!

How much do you have on your plate at any given time?  How responsible do you feel to do everything, all the time?  What would it be like if you took uninterrupted extended periods of time.?  Give yourself permission to just stop!!

How did you get to here!?  Did you intentionally set out to do what you are doing right now?  Or did you 'end up' here unexpectedly?  In retrospect, what decisions did you make to cause you to get right here?  Or did you write this story from the beginning and you are right where you expected to be in life at this very moment?  I can't wait to hear your story and the evolution of you!!

Maybe time flies because we are wise, and it takes less time for us to learn or accomplish things that prior to our wisdom may have taken us so much longer!  In our wisdom, how much do we know!!??  How much better can we show up?  How can we help others, actually go out of our way to help!? We never know the impact that we create and cause to happen.  Therefore, we should take every opportunity to make a difference!  Go make someone's day, make a lot of people's day, and I am sure your will be better for it as well!!

The Speed of Life!  How fast has this year gone for you?  I am curious as to how you feel about the speed of time, days, months, years.  Is time going faster the older we get?!  What's up with that?

Opportunities are all around us!  How do we know which ones are the best ones for us!?  How do we pick and choose and have no regrets whether we did or did not do something!?  The opportunity has to be a match for the phase of our life that we are in.  If we stay true to the path we have chosen to be on, and if the opportunity fits into that plan, keeps us on that plan, and enhances that plan, then we will recognize the opportunity as being congruent with where we are in life!

Have a plan, get clear on the plan, be objective and make sure the opportunity is a match to the plan, then unleash the emotion and excitement and enjoy the journey in bliss.  Can it be that simple?!
