Betrayal is emotionally devastating and a violation of trust, when betrayal knocks you down, fall upon Jesus.

Christ is forsaken, He is forsaken for our sins, He is forsaken so that we may be forgiven.

Jesus is the King of Kings, the thing keeping Jesus on the cross is obedience as a Son, if Jesus saved Himself then He couldn't save others.

Washing our hands of Jesus is a refusal to engage Jesus, is motivated by fear, is an attempt at innocence, and doesn't work.

Every disciple fails Jesus, we pretend we are not failures, Jesus died for failures.

Jesus claims to be Lord, either he is a liar, a lunatic, a legend, or He is who He says He is. You must either receive or reject Jesus as Lord.

A defender of Jesus is an attacker of people and makes more work for Jesus. A defender of Jesus defends One who needs no defending.

You can be near Christ without being IN Christ, you can have remorse and never be repentant, suicide is a sin, but not an unforgiveable one.
