In today's update, I discuss the fan feedback I received on Periscope.  I also discuss the current issues my contractor is having, including a reliable worker quitting, and a family emergency.  While not much has been done in the past week, I have been steadily busy getting quotes from reliable subcontractors to do the exterior paint, and the refinishing of the hardwood floors.  Finally, I announce Flip's new Instagram Platform... @FlipPodcast. 

A look into a day in my life...  Networking, using references, phone calls, taking risks, talking to investors, and figuring out a way to get this house painted for a reasonable cost.  Flip.

In this brief update, I explain what work was done over the past week, I listed the house on a flat fee mls site for $165,000, preview my interview with J Scott, and offer up some more free stuff!

The house is moving along quickly!  Although it doesn't seem like much, we have spent the better part of the last week or so prepping the walls, trim, and new drywall for paint.  Also, I discuss other podcasting interviews, and hacking some great travel credit card deals.
