In this episode I break down the list of ingredients in the smart coffee I'm taking and have recently become an affiliate of. So far my results in a month taking this coffee have been increased energy and focus, an overall good feeling and level mood throughout the day, and I've lost about 6 lbs since starting it mostly due to it helping me to intermittent fast in the mornings and eliminate snacking and sugar cravings late at night.

My first practice test for Trig doesn't look so great, but I'm confident my study plan will come through. Also, getting the yard sale game going each Saturday again which is great news for eBay selling. Finally, a quick update on the top earner in Quora and how I'm forecasting my own earnings over the next several months.
