Flipping Tables

In this episode of Flipping Tables, we’ll dive into the humbling story of Job, hitting on chapters 38 through 40. After enduring immense suffering, Job begins to question God’s justice—only to be met with a divine response that turns the tables. Through a series of questions, God reveals Job’s limited understanding of creation and challenges his right to criticize the Creator.

I recently shared this story with a loved one, but God reminded me of how my attitude is sometimes poor when things don’t go as planned. It's easy to slip into frustration and doubt—but God uses even those moments to refine us. This episode is a reminder that the Lord’s wisdom is far greater than ours and that humility is part of the journey of faith.

Listen in as I talk about what a blessing it was to attend chapel service for grades K-4 at Fellowship Christian Academy in Carthage, NC. The participation and energy these young people had while singing praise songs was outstanding. The children were attentive and very respectful as I shared the gospel of Jesus with them.

As we continue to grow we become more concerned with what others think. Let's hold on to that innocent carefree way of living when it comes to praising and serving our Lord Jesus.
