The torrential rain that we have experienced over the past few weeks has meant that farmers are facing a fodder crisis this winter. A major protest was held in Banagher in County Offaly to highlight the crisis. Fine Gael Councillor in Roscommon John Nuaghten was there and he has been speaking to Seamus Duke.
