It is a critical time in our world, in our country, and in our lives. It's hard to figure out what's next and maybe that's the whole point, we aren't supposed to. Anxiety and unrest have taken residency in our homes,  our electronic devices, and sometimes our conversations with one another.  But today we choose to find solace and refuge in connecting by having conversations where we intentionally find the good and speak on "a few of our favorite things."  Not sure if you are where we are at right now and if you are, let's go!  Take a 10 - well okay, 25 minutes to take the elevator, and just breathe!
