In this episode we talk about what we think sports programs will look like once we get back to business. 

We all do things that we know. It's easy to stay in our lane. However, we need to be doing things that make us uncomfortable. That's where we learn, fail, and grow. What are you doing to get our of your comfort zone?

Teaching the basics is a crucial aspect to anything. Ensuring participants have a solid foundation will help them learn, grow and have fun. We talk about some of the things we do to teach Floorball, especially at the most basic levels.

In this episode we talk about the importance in using your time wisely. Now is as good a time as any to start that new project, business, or venture. We talk about that and give some tips and insight to our processes.

Given the current situation we're all in it's put a lot of our plan on hold. However, at some point we'll begin to push forward. Are you planning for that time? What things can you be doing now to be prepared?

Now is as good a time as any to change things up. Have fun with what you're doing. Change up the routine, and try new things. More importantly have fun in what you're doing.

Starting a program is one thing. Getting people to attend is another. Are you doing what you need to best #market your #event or program?

When you talk about Floorball you can't hide from the comparison people make between it and hockey, or variations of hockey. In doing so people miss the point, miss the mark, and ultimately miss the opportunity to learn and experience something new.  

We all have lessons to learn. Sometimes we bite off a bit more than we can choose. In the moment we're forced to act or get through the process. When we come out on the other side we've hopefully learned some lessons and have better knowledge to make better decisions going forward.
