Lew Migliore, the industry’s troubleshooter and president of LGM & Associates Technical Flooring Services discusses a maintenance situation he was called in on to resolve a dispute between the consumer and the carpet cleaner. The maintenance contractor was called in to clean an off-white carpet for an elderly couple. The couple said the carpet looked worse after the cleaning and was permanently damaged and demanded the contractor replace it.
