Werner Braun, president, Carpet & Rug Institute discusses his plans to retire from his post at the trade group, which he has held for the past 14 years. Braun reviews some of the accomplishments that taken place at the association during his tenure including the Green Label program and The Seal of Approval program. He also discusses the California Extended Producer Responsibility legislation and his vision for the industry. He also talks about the new board members and officers at the CRI and the winners of the Joseph J. Smrekar award.
