This month we're discussing the creative and joyful genius of the Wood Horse archetype. Coming to us at the mid-point of the Fire Horse year, the Wood Horse gives us added fuel to our fire, supplying us with the necessary resources to help spark our creative life force.

While this fire energy is a gift, it can also easily burn us out through restlessness, ambition, and taking on too much in order to stay in the spotlight.

This month we’re going to be discussing the archetype of the Water Snake.

As the sign that kicks off the summer in the Chinese Zodiac, the Snake is considered a Skyhorse sign, as it is meant to launch us into movement.

Skyhorse signs naturally have a characteristic of travel tied to them, and with the Snake, the movement is non-linear, as these periods beget opportunity to take on new journeys.

For this episode, we discuss the April archetype of the Water Dragon.

This week we're continuing our discussion of the Metal Rabbit archetype, this time in relation to Hexagram 61 in the I Ching, which is tied to Inner Truth.

Hexagram 61 is composed of the trigrams of Wind above and Lake below.

We don't always know where the wind will take us, or where our creative growth wants to lead us, but we can find joy in that.

When we sense what is true to us, feels good to us, and feels aligned with deeper meaning and purpose, we can learn to find fulfillment even in uncertainty.
