Is this a better program than what was in place before it? Weiler thinks it is and that Norvell brings some promising recruits and transfers to the the table. He also thinks the program can't afford anymore losses of a nature like that against Jacksonville State which will upset the recruiting apple cart. It's a tricky balancing act.
