Welcome back to Florida’s Fittest Podcast! My first guest of the year is someone who has known me for a long time. She is the owner of @hotworxosprey, Personal Trainer @k2_fittribe and the Hybrid Coach @coresrq. We take about achieving goals, how her franchise (which opens in March 2023) helps with recovery while working out and the importance of continual growth!

Just a quick rant on what happened over the weekend for me and my thoughts on it. Remember, if you’re a coach, it’s literally your job to watch and critique your athletes when they compete! Otherwise why are you even on the sideline? As always thank you guys for tuning in!

It’s the New Year and we have goals we want to achieve. This is my preferred method of stacking wins and achieving my objectives. All you need is a notebook and a pen. Let’s Go!!
