In this episode, Jeni Rogers and I share practical resources to help you reshape your relationship to work and money so that you feel well-resourced and inspired. As someone who leads with Enneagram Type 8, Jeni also shares her journey back from burnout and insights into entrepreneurship as a form of leadership. I can’t wait to hear what you think!
You can expect another Enneagram Interview + Resiliency Resource every few weeks.
I hope you will join me on this journey and follow Inner Ecology and leave a rating + review (this helps us connect to more listeners).

Plus below I share two of my favorite solution-oriented climate resources
Water is Love: Ripples of Regeneration Film (the only documentary about climate change that left me feeling hopeful and inspired. The animation about the water cycle is stunning.)
Saving Us: A Climate Scientist's Case for Hope and Healing in a Divided World by Katharine Hayhoe **I appreciate how she moves beyond politicized divisions and roots in shared values and respectful conversations.
I am launching this podcast in honor of Hurricane Helene survivors as we navigate the first year anniversary and as a fundraiser for two water-based nonprofits. I invite you to check out their work + consider joining me in making a donation of any size:
