Hey Flow Family !! I’m back better than ever . I appreciate all the love and support y’all have given me while I been under the weather . It really got me thinking about examining ones heart and what drives us to do certain things and how we think on a daily basis . Your love and support helped me realize that our hearts move us all individually and uniquely .. How awesome would it be to dig deep and examine your own heart and unlock the keys to what moves you in life and how you behave and treat others .. Our hearts heavily impact our lives whether we recognize it or not , and I encourage you to take time to reflect & separate your flesh from your heart .
