In this episode, I share my simple formula for living your dreams.
We can want something sooo deeply, with our whole heart… yet—still— fear can convince us to turn away from it.
We can want true love, but be terrified of being hurt.
We can want abundance, but feel guilty receiving.
We can want a completely different life for ourselves, yet continue choosing what is familiar simply because the ego feels safety in what's known.
That is where fear can become so powerful...
Fear isn't "bad". Fear is human. Fear is expected. Fear will always have something to say when we are moving beyond what we already know.
But when fear becomes the commander, it can override our intuition and discernement...the true essence of our being.
The part of you that knows what you actually want—deep down in the depths of your heart.
The part of you that knows life is meant to feel beautiful, grand, abundant.
The part of you that knows your wildest dreams can be lived.
This episode is about becoming harmonious with the life you say you want.
Choosing not to allow fear to make choices for you.
Because you cannot fully inhabit a life you deeply want while your present choices, patterns, and fears are still pushing that life away.
If you want healthy love, YOU have to become harmonious with the energy of healthy love.
If you want abundance, YOU have to allow yourself to receive.
If you want expansion, YOU need to be willing and devoted to move beyond the walls of what is already known.
At some point, you have to open the gates.

These thoughts arrived as I was listening to Thunder by Imagine Dragons.
Beyond being incredibly catchy—and deeply nostalgic—it’s also exquisitely philosophical.
The line that says it all:
“Lightning, then the thunder.”
The entire song tells the story of chasing a dream before anyone else can see it. Of feeling the reality of something long before it has taken physical form.
Like a storm gathering in the distance.
What people cannot yet see, they often struggle to believe. We call dreams “unrealistic” when there is no evidence of them yet—as though reality must confirm something before we are allowed to believe in it.
But thunder comes after lightning.
First, the storm brews. The atmosphere charges. The energy builds. A threshold is reached.
Then—
lightning strikes.
And only afterward, across a distance and after a delay, comes the thunder.
The evidence.
The confirmation.
The part everyone else can finally hear.
Perhaps we have spent too much of our lives waiting for the thunder when our work was always to become the lightning.

Money was named after a goddess.
Deep within the ancient story of money, I uncovered a philosophy—one that beautifully transforms how we relate to money. How we understand wealth. How we live. 🤍

Meet me with an open heart and a curious mind as we explore sensitivity through the lens of my philosophy of life. Together, we’ll unravel the belief that sensitivity is emotional fragility and rediscover it as a profound intimacy with life—a way of sensing the world that reveals beauty, truth, nourishment, and invites us into a richer experience of being alive 🤍
