And, and if you're going to do a business you're going to make them, and just learn to get right with it."  Two- Gather the experts in your corner.  "three experts, you should always have on tap, and one of them is a lawyer, one is an accountant, and the third one is HR."  Three- A strong connection to your reason for starting a business.  "And if it's, if it like I said if [your why is] just to make money, you should probably find a lucrative career and run with it, right, because you'll work less hours and you'll make more money than you will as an entrepreneur."
