In this episode, I sat down for an open and surprising conversation with marketing expert and podcast host, Lyndsay Soprano. During our conversation she shared with me newly discovered memories about her own trauma as well as how she is bravely tackling her pain journey. 

Lyndsay was diagnosed with Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) a little over 6 years ago (as of Jan 2023).  CRPS is one of the most painful diseases on earth. On The McGill's Pain Scale, it is higher in pain than natural childbirth!

Lyndsay rocks the world of chronic pain and illness. It has been quite a ride to get her to where she is today. After years of being misdiagnosed, poked and prodded, big Pharma attacked, and botched surgeries, she decided to take things into her own hands and try to heal herself.

Having fallen into every Western medicine trap on the planet, she is now advocating for a trauma-informed approach to care and wellness.

In this episode of Flow Rising, I sat down for a heart-to-heart chat with Catherine Wallis about her experiences with domestic violence from a landlord and how she turned her healing journey into a practice helping other women gain access to the support and services they need after an abusive relationship. 

Sadly, domestic violence is not limited to personal relationships sometimes the abuser shows up in a professional or semi-personal way.  Catherine, story sheds light on a situation that many others have faced but too few are willing to share. After her landlord threw her down a flight of stairs, she found navigating the legal system to be difficult at best.  Yet, she persevered and found her own way through the tough emotional healing turning her hard-learned lessons into a coaching practice to help others.

In this episode, I sat down with Angie Berrett, an Intuitive Movement Coach, Registered Nurse, Advanced Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor, and Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga Instructor who understands the human body and how it works.

In this episode, I talk with Shana Francesca. An amazingly powerful woman whose story of survival brings inspiration to other women who want to learn how to design a life of their own making.    

Now Shana uses her talents as an interior designer to help others remove old energies from their homes and workspaces.    She shared with me why she loves working with her clients saying, "They're like, incredible human beings. But they're sharing their story with me and I get to be part of changing and shifting their home to be a place of safety, because so much about our home, you know, especially if they choose to stay in that home for whatever reason that traumatic relationship ends or that traumatic situation ends or there's a death or there's a whatever it is right? When we entered, we're all in everything's made of energy. So the energy of what existed and what was done inside of a house stays with it. And we can transmute, and we can change that energy by, you know, changing our perception and our view of a space by reorganizing that space."
