We live in such a busy world filled with so many distractions! It's too easy to sometimes get caught up in the loop of constant connectivity. This episode contains the ways in which we may momentarily disconnect, and the benefits of doing so. 

Energy healing has been used universally for eons, long ago humans were deeply connected with this ability. Due to our modern civilization, some of us have lost touch with this natural gift. We must remember the importance of tapping into our own innate healing abilities, especially now during these times. This episode serves as a reminder to shift back into alignment with this truth, knowing that we're our own greatest healers. We have the power to heal ourselves, on so many levels! My fellow flow~mies, we are really out here riding these waves!!!!!!! It's gettin a little wild, but we got this! We are the power, this episode just serves as a reminder. We welcome in peace and gratitude before we journey into questioning. These are questions that we should all be asking right about now (in my humble opinion). 

What transformative times we are currently undergoing, it can sometimes feel challenging, lonely, or uncertain. I know these feelings, but know that we don't have to hold on to them :) I share the value of utilizing our voices during these times, the importance of supporting one another, and nourishing ourselves.

Right now more than ever, we must not take part in the division and instead, unify as one. We must tap into our intuition, discovering what is in our highest alignment, and using discernment to know what is not. We must remember that love is the only solution, regardless of what ones personal, medical decisions are. We are all awakening to what is organic and inorganic, and all is becoming clear in regards to the narrative that is being played out and sold to the entire world. Let us not participate in the enslavement of humanity and remember that our sovereignty and health are some of our greatest gifts within this lifetime!
