Flow with Yami

I have been journaling since I was 15, and I leave my prayers and requests of what I want to accomplish for the day. I call it my direct call with my pal Jesus.  

One of my favorite scriptures in the bible is Philippians 4:13. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I live by this; I don't want to sound too boastful- but I can do anything I set my mind to as long as it goes with who I am and I genuinely enjoy it. That's passion. So today, I encourage you to find faith, love, and optimism and do the things you, too, can do.

Go out and FlOW!

Recognizing that many  of us share feelings of loneliness, there's an opportunity to comfort one another. Studies indicate that up to 33 percent of the global population experiences loneliness. Chances are, someone in your circle is feeling the same today. Instead of passively waiting for outreach, let's take courageous steps to initiate connections. Each small action contributes to a brighter, more connected world.

So, I urge you today:  Use your faith, love and optimism to connect with someone today.Go out  and FLOW. 

We refuse to work hard because the world sells us the easy route.” The have-it-your-way movement. However, the most significant actions that reap the greatest rewards are hard: Dieting is hard, exercising is hard, rejection is hard, love is hard, professional growth is hard , and working is hard. You might feel discouraged and be tempted to quit when things get hard, but I must remind you that hard work is just that: HARD, which is beneficial for our human development and to trust God even more.

I encourage you today to look forward to hard and go out and FLOW.

It is never too late to start new because each day is a miracle that God gives us to exercise our full potential, use our faith to establish priorities, and set objectives. After all, indeed, in due time, he will reward us for all our efforts.

Life is beautiful when you walk in the path of wisdom. Putting God first will help you achieve your plans because in him is the wisdom and tools we need to take action to achieve them.

May your 2024 be filled with faith, love, and optimism.

ohn 15:7 in the Bible resonates with me: "If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you."

A birthday is an opportunity to assess my life's tiny miracles. It signals a chance for rejuvenation and evolution, a time to acknowledge the fulfilled wishes and express gratitude for everything.

As I grow older and blow out the candles, my desires shift. I ask for fewer things, yet the essence of what I seek holds greater significance.

As the year ends, I encourage you to go and reflect on the marvels of your life and go out and FLOW.

Choices we all make them . Some are easy others are not. Decisions involving risk often make us nervous, yet they're crucial for personal growth. Sometimes, uncertainty clouds our judgment, causing anxiety. In Philippians 4:6-7, it's advised not to be afraid, but to present our requests to God with gratitude, receiving a peace that surpasses understanding.

Seeking wisdom when making risky decisions is vital, perhaps leaning on a trusted person for guidance. Learning to trust  Jesus as a friend in times of doubt is invaluable; rely on Him, for He won't abandon you. Every decision shapes the narrative of who we are destined to become.

So let's go out there and make choice that reflect our faith, love and optimism that we have within 

There are no better ornaments that decorate our Christmas like the smiles of the ones you love. Treasure those moments!

Let's allow our faith to grow , while allowing our hearts to share optimism, kindness to bring unity among all of us.

Silence is calm and at times it is bright. In silence many  come up with genius ideas that have improved this world.  In silence  many find  clarity when seeking answers since in a calm state we each have the  opportunity to sink into ourselves and seek the holy spirit for guidance. But the most memorable silent time is the night of our King Jesus Christ birth.

Im silence today-Let's go and FLOW: connect to our faith, love and optimism within and build true relationship with GOD.

Having gone deeper into the power granted to each of us by God at birth and realizing that what many call energy is indeed the Holy Spirit, I've come to embrace the simple truth: I am, and that is enough.

Hopefully, you can discover that you too are enough!!

Go out today and FLOW- Fill someone with faith, love, and optimism that lives within.

The best gift we can give- The gift of friendship because sometimes what a person wants  is  a true CONNECTION and feel  loved  and accepted by  others

I encourage you today to go FLOW - Bring your faith, Love and optimism to someone that may be feeling lonely.
