After following a strict vegetarian diet for the last 7 years, I decided to try something new and start eating animal protein. Listen in to hear about how this is affecting my mood, athletic performance, and fertility.
At the end of 2023, I found myself sitting in a few sweat lodges. Each one, helped me release, surrender, and empower myself as I stepped inside what felt like the fiery depths of hell. If you're curious about what sweat lodges even are or if you are considering attending one, give this episode a listen and see if sweating could be a good experience for you.
We florists bring a lot of stuff with us to set up your wedding and event. I thought it would be insightful to create a list of Utah venues with the easiest load-ins. I'm talking, we can pull the cargo van right up to the unloading doors and bring our stuff inside. If you are a venue that requires a ski lift ride up, or requires us to park far away from the building, you didn't make the list.
Please note that I only shared venues that I have personally worked at.
As I was journaling and reflecting on the past year, I compiled a list of my most valuable lessons that I learned in 2023, and now I want to share them with you! This practice has made me appreciate everything I went through in the last year and makes me that much more excited to see what 2024 has in store for me. If you aren't someone who journals, I highly recommend it. It can be a very valuable tool in creating direction, setting boundaries, and achieving your goals in both your business and personal life.

Hear my story and insights on what happened so you don't make the same mistake in your floral business.
