En: It was time to find the best ingredients for the upcoming culinary competition, and his friend Vesela accompanied him with a carefree smile.

En: “It’s wonderful here, isn’t it?” Vesela smiled as she inhaled the scent of some luscious sweet pears.

En: “Yes,” Nikolay replied, glancing around anxiously.

En: “But I need to find that special spice.

En: Without it, my dish won't be good enough.”

En: At that moment, the market was bustling with people.

En: The calls of the vendors, the laughter of children, and the noise of shoppers created a symphony of chaos.

En: Nikolay felt a bit overwhelmed and tense.

En: Sensing his tension, Vesela suggested, “Since time is running out, maybe we should split up?

En: “Alright. Let's meet at that stall with the caramelized apples in an hour.”

En: And so they continued, each on their own path.

En: None of the stalls he passed offered the spice he desired.

En: Just as he was about to give up, he spotted a closing spice stall in the corner.

En: He rushed toward it without hesitation.

En: “Please, please, don't close yet,” he called out to the vendor, who was already packing up his goods.

En: The vendor, smiling kindly, stopped.

    En: Nikolay recalled Vesela’s advice.

En: With much effort and a stream of friendly words and laughter on his part, he managed to persuade the man to sell him the last bundle of the rare spice.

En: He returned to the agreed spot, where Vesela was already waiting with two caramelized apples in her hands.

En: He realized that friendship was as important on the path to success as culinary skills.
