In this episode, we talk about where we thought we’d be when we entered our 30s vs. where we are now. We talk about the career we wanted, how many kids we thought we’d have, and the other milestones we thought we’d reach. We also get into how thankful we are for the life experiences we’ve had that shaped who we are.
If where you are in life isn’t where you’d thought you’d be but you’re happy just know you’re where you’re supposed to be.

Hey y’all, here’s our newest episode Death + Grief. We (Moni + Jazmine) both experienced close family deaths this year. In this episode we explore what death is and how we grieved our respective losses. We talk about how to deal with complicated emotions surrounding those we lose and the importance of preparing yourself and your family for our inevitable passing. We also laughed at the dramatics of funerals and the hope of new life in the form of younger family members.
Lastly, we mentioned some resources to help those who maybe dealing with grief:
The Grief Recovery Handbook
Grief Counseling and Grief Therapy
