Today we see another vision of John where he sees an angel with a little book. In this we get a good lesson about how to be faithful and prepared for service for the Lord. Join us as we continue our verse-by-verse study of this incredible book.

In this lesson we look at how the rapture of the church is similar to the Jewish wedding festival. This is something that the original audience of Jesus' teaching would have been very familiar with. From this we see that Jesus coming again for His bride, the church, is an imminent event.

We also review information from last week which showed that the idea of a Pre-Tribulation Rapture is not a new doctrine, in fact, it has been being taught since the earliest of church history. What does the Bible say- This is the most important question we need to answer, and base our doctrine on.

Today we see the beginning of the Trumpet judgments which will take place during the 7 year Tribulation. These judgments will bring unprecedented disaster to the earth- however, in the midst of this horror God is still gracious. He gives people time to prepare, and we will see that He also gives a warning of even worse judgment to come in the future.
