In today's episode, we recap the Flyers 3-1 win over the Washington Capitals in game 2 of the Round Robin Tournament. Then we give a look at a battle for 1st place in Eastern Conference against the Tampa Bay Lightning on Saturday. 

In today's episode, Flyers lead writer Bill Meltzer joins the podcast to go over the Flyers 4-1 victory over the Boston Bruins in game one of the Round Robin Tournament. Carter Hart was fantastic stopping 34 of 35 shots, and he looked like he was ready for the 1st round of the playoffs to begin. The young defense stepped up; getting scoring from Ivan Provorov, Travis Sanhiem, and Phil Myers. Michal Raffl, Nate Thompson, and Scott Laughton also chip in with goals to take down the Bruins. We look ahead towards Thursday's matchup with the Washington Captials, and we discuss our thoughts on the beginning games of the Qualifying Round.

In today's episode, we have an interview with former Flyers forward from 1979-1990, Brian Propp. He joins the show to talk about his life in the NHL back in the 80's. Facing two different dynasties in the NY Islanders and the Edmonton Oilers. Also we discuss the Flyers scrimmage from the afternoon and the scare Carter Hart gave the fanbase. The finalists for the Selke and Hart Trophy were announced, and Sean Couturier is the favorite to win the award. 

In tonight's episode, Chris is manning the hosting duties as there has been many stories in the NHL. Many players in the NHL have been deemed unable to participate in practices, like the Flyers Jake Voracek. No sign on what is wrong, as the league nor the teams can disclose the information. Many of the award nominees for this years NHL awards have been announced, with more to come in the future. Some Flyers were nominated; Alain Vigneault for the Jack Adams Award, and Oskar Lindblom for the Bill Masterton Memorial Award. 

In todays episode, we discuss the reveal of the Flyers phase 3 training camp roster. What players do we expect to be cut from the roster, and how will the roster shape up. Also, the Flyers extended Mark Friedman to a 2 year contract making $725,000 annually. Then we discuss an ongoing conversation about Nolan Patrick and how people are feeling he is a bust.

In todays episode we discuss the news of the official agreement of the CBA extension. Along with that, the official dates and times of games were announced for phase 3 and phase 4. The Flyers will play Boston, Washington, and Tampa Bay in that order for the Round Robin Tournament. Amedeo and Chris also give their predictions on what could happen in each series.
