Dan and Jordan talk about the value of continually training, supporting, and showing appreciation to those working in ministry at your church. Also, Jordan makes what is easily the worst sounds that have ever made it in an episode.

Ever feel like you're having a lot more expectations placed on you? Whether or not it fits into your job description, it happens to everyone. But when is it okay to have a conversation with your leadership when "other duties as assigned" becomes out of line with who you are and what you were called and hired to do? 

You're moving ahead with hiring staff for your church - excellent! Have you considered all the different ways you need to support and maintain them as they serve in your ministry?

As a smaller church, having multiple people on staff may seem unattainable or not possible. Dan and Jordan discuss church staff and how smaller churches might start to pursue additional paid workers in ministry.

Jordan and Dan wrap up their conversation on cults in the community (at least for the time being) by sharing some points to be mindful of as Christians interact with LDS members and others who wonder what Christians really believe.
