Flyover State of Fear

Jusef is back for the holidays and picked David Harbour and John Leguizamo's Violent Night (22). Many Die Hard riffs have been made over the year, but few have managed to have this much milk and cookies.

We also asked Santa for a movie Christmas wish, cast Santa in a movie, asked what movie should've been set during Christmas, and wondered what the STUPIDEST thing you have ever seen in a movie is.

Brian picked a horrible movie. Sorry, we mean a horror movie, a horrible horror movie in 2000's Urban Legends: Final Cuts.

We also talked about the Super Mario trailer and the character archetypes we wanted to eliminate; we gave out the Sean Bean Award, and we played a movie game!

Our resident master of Horror and lover of shitty movies, Joe, has brought us a film that perfectly fits his expertise, 1988's Night of the Demons. An Evil Dead wannabe that takes an hour + before the good stuff kicks in. But we had a lot of fun with it.

We also talked about horror movie worlds that would be the scariest to live in, played some horror trivia, and matched our cohosts with a horror villain that best suits them!

Brian is back, and he picked, arguably, one of the best action movies ever made in human history; John Woo's Hard Boiled (1992). You get two icons of Hong Kong cinema in Chow Yun-fat and Tony Leung Chiu-wai smoking cigarettes and shooting guns for over 2hrs - always looking cooler than you have ever been in your entire life. What are you waiting for? HIT PLAY!

We also talked a bit about the Deadpool 3 announcement, we cast each other in movie roles, we play an action movie game, and we talk favorite action movie directors.
