Matthew Ceccato is one of 5 candidates running for District 3 County Supervisor. Matt US Army Veteran who was wounded in Operation Iraqi Freedom and currently works Congressman Ami Bera. Matt lives in the Arden Arcade area and is a Sacramento State graduate.  

Rich Desmond is one of 5 candidates running for District 3 County Supervisor. Rich has spent his entire life living in District 3 and is a 5th generation Sacramento County resident. Rich recently retired from the California Highway Patrol where he worked his way up to CHP Chief during his 24 year tenure. Rich is the youngest of 9  and is currently raising 5 children of his own.
