FoamO, my DIY 4 Axis hot wire foam cutting CNC cutting thin sheets.
A tiny little video of FoamO my #opensource but under documented 4 axis CNC Foam cutter cutting some thin sheet. I made the design and the gcodes in FreeCAD using the FoamCut workbench. It's done a pretty good job.. but the keen eyed might notice a slight fault on the lower edge of the part.. note to self the hot wire is easily nudged off line... a small piece of masking tape gently pushed the wire slightly off path!
