I’m sure we have all seen movies where they say that we use only 10% of our brain. But the truth is in the real life setup we don’t give the brain enough space to work to its maximum potential. We load it too much with everything and anything. So even when we want to be focused we fail at it. But the best way to overcome is, before you begin a new task which requires your complete focus you should relook at a fast you have already successfully completed and see how to make it better. Since you are already comfortable with that fast you have completed you won’t face this 'starting trouble'. This will help you get on with the new task at hand with greater focus and with a good amount of dopamine release which drastically improves your potential and focus
