FOCUS: Fear Only Ceases Ur Success

On our first podcast we get familiar what what the definition of fear is.

We talk a little about mindfulness

In this episode, we talk a little bit about gratitude.

Peace and Blessings.

We hope you all are in a great space, and are receiving this with an open heart and mind.

This is a raw, uncut episode from a new developing bonus series called “shower thoughts“. These episodes are completely unscripted, unedited, and from the heart, so the sounds and volume may vary.

Episode one is about having self acceptance, self love, self compassion, no matter what.

Never compare yourself, and remind yourself you play an important role in the universe, and you are divinely connected.

And so it is.
