It's been a while since I've done a live webinar, but they're so much fun! To me, they're a casual way for us to connect around things that I've been thinking about and practicing. This webinar that focuses on being fit not thin has an underlying philosophy — we're swimming in this pool of how we're supposed to look. In many ways, this information is more predominant than how we're supposed to feel. As a not-so-secret result, many of us have been trained to ignore and override what and how our bodies are feeling.
Today, I want to rekindle your connection to how your body wants to feel and help you start taking direct action based on your own internal signals. We can all notice in our own heads and self-talk that there are often some really subtle ways that we're overriding even the most basic signals our bodies are sending us. It's time to get much more connected to how we want to feel and get more comfortable in our own skin.
