One word we as social entrepreneurs don't hear or say too much is results. Amazingly enough, that word has a very definitive meaning. To speak of results it can be either a noun or verb. Most of the time, we make it a verb in the nonprofit sector. In the for-profit arena, results is typically a noun. There are anomalies on both sides, but not too many.
